Hello,

My name is Lisa Meikle. I welcome you to my Day Spa. I have been in this industry since 1987 and created Bella Donna Esthetics by Lisa in 1996. When I first began my profession it was about taking care of the outside of the self and now years later I bring to my clients a holistic approach that nurtures the body, mind and spirit.

I am a life-long learner. I love to share my knowledge and wisdom with people who are open to learning and growing. I believe to experience true joy we must learn to share our true presence with one another. One of my greatest gifts is my ability to connect at a heart level with people. I care about who people truly are.

I have many passions, some of which are the healing arts, dance, personal growth, health and wellness. I feel fortunate to work in a profession that allows me the opportunity to touch people’s lives on many levels. My clients and I work together to help them to improve their general well being and to focus on self care and making healthy choices.

There are many ways to create good health. I believe preventative medicine is the way of the future. To create a healthy body, mind and spirit you can choose from a number of complementary therapies: massage, energy work, relaxation, naturopathic medicine, homeopathic medicine, chiropractic treatments, acupuncture, exercise, meditation, being in nature, healthy eating, play, loving relationships and living in joy. At Bella Donna Esthetics we offer relaxation, a variety of massage treatments and energy work.

I strive to make a difference through my daily practice through touch, conversation, and creating a sacred space for others to relax, rejuvenate and renew themselves. I believe that when you can experience a peaceful state, your body then can regenerate at a cellular level and heal naturally.

My vision is to create a healing working environment for myself, my staff and my clients. I feel it is important to live and teach what we learn. I value beauty, balance, serenity, peace, being heart connected and of service to others.

I have designed my spa and gardens using the principles of feng shui. I feel it is important to work in a beautiful setting which reflects both inner and outer beauty.

My Education

Over the years I have had wonderful opportunities to learn from many great teachers. I am very grateful for this. My training includes teachings from many cultures (Japanese, Indian-Ayurvedic and Hawaiian) and I have found great wisdom and learning from each one.
